东南亚国际犯罪集团首脑泰瑞林，亚洲进行人体器官偷盗活动。国际刑警华美妍打着“没有比罪犯更了解罪犯”的口号，亚洲在全球罪犯中，经过层层筛选，将骗术大师可然，黑客高手美怡，血夜修罗糖水组织成一个专门与泰瑞林博弈的组织。随后因华美妍自身身份问题，又牵扯出了一堆与之关系不明确的重要人物登场。情感上产生了纠葛的祁锋，莫名加入的包子，甚至连参与训练的教官李国华。在几重关系混乱的博弈下，华美妍带领团队终于破获了泰瑞林的计划。
